Planning for Expert Collaborative Negotiation is ideal for people who have already attended our Principles training. Building on those skills, it takes a holistic approach to collaborative negotiation, focused as much on the planning as the execution.
Delegates are introduced to our innovative Planning Playbook, a highly practical tool they take with them following training. Designed to aid detailed collaborative planning, delegates will be enables to approach their negotiations with confidence both in training and beyond. They will learn skills to resolve conflict, negotiate collaboratively, and maximise commercial success.
